General Directions
Bratton Fleming is easily accessible from the A399 between South Molton and Combe Martin – just off the A361 North Devon Link Road, and the main route to the North Devon coast.
Detailed Directions from the M5
From M5 J27 follow the A361 North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple. At the second South Molton Roundabout, turn right on to the A399 signposted for Lynton Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Continue past the village of Brayford, then take the second left turning (about 1.5 miles on), signposted for Bratton Fleming. After approximately 1 mile, there is a small hill where there are a few telegraph poles, and a bungalow.
Sheltercombe Cottage is just over the hill, on the right hand side of the road, next to a white farmhouse and behind a hedge which obscures the cottage from the road. Sheltercombe Cottage is adjacent to a small layby and the entrance is through an arch in the hedge. The Cottage is 500 yards outside the Bratton Fleming village signs, which you will reach if you go too far.
Limited off road parking is available on our drive. Further parking is available in the layby directly outside the property
