A warm welcome awaits you at Sheltercombe Cottage, Bratton Fleming.  Our traditional Devon cottage nestles in the hillside just half a mile outside this friendly and thriving North Devon village, equidistant from the market towns of South Molton and Barnstaple yet just on the edge of Exmoor.  The beaches of Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are just a few miles away.  This is the perfect location from which to experience all that North Devon has to offer.

We have three fully equipped rooms, all either ensuite or with private facilities.  Guests may enjoy exclusive use of our pretty, secluded cottage garden and a private lounge.

Bratton Fleming sits high in the North Devon landscape and offers simply breathtaking views across to the Hartland peninsula and Barnstaple.  The stunning scenery of rolling Devon hills surrounds the village with the wilds of Exmoor only 5 minutes to the north.

Bratton Fleming is easily accessible from the A399 between South Molton and Combe Martin – just off the A361 North Devon Link Road, and the main route to the North Devon coast.  The village offers a pub, post office, village shop serving locally produced hot snack food, a children’s play area, Baptist and Anglican churches and a welcoming community.
